Composite Insurance companies can use a single system for both Family and General Takaful. The customer, channel databases and the common functions across are the same for both Family and General Takaful. Only the business functions and products are managed differently, but is fully integrated end to end.
Claims stand-alone function for Family and General Takaful covers from reporting a claim to fulfilling or exiting the claim. When a claim is reported the relevant policy information of the claim is extracted from existing core system. When the claim is processed the relevant data and information is released to the core system. Claims function can work on premise or on cloud.
The new business is a stand-alone function for Family and General Takaful that covers from proposal data entry to issuing policy schedule. Product specifications, underwriting rules, reference tables and etcetera are either entered directly in this function or extracted and synchronized with existing core system. Once the policy is issued the policy data and information is released to the core system. New Business function can work on premise or on cloud.
Channel Management & Compensation
Multi-channel organization, roles and ranking, continuous professional development, training, incentives, achievements, commissions, selling collaterals and etcetera are handled by the Channel Management and Compensation function. Channel Management and Compensation function can work on premise or on cloud.
You can partner with Banks to sell products over the counter, package your product with Bank’s product, such as Mortgage Reduced Term Takaful with Mortgage loan, or provide financial planning services for Bank customer’s using AETINS Bancatakaful. The Bank Teller can illustrate different products, convert accepted illustrations into proposal, submit in real time for automated underwriting, and collect the first contribution and Issue the Takaful contract on the spot. For those cases, which require underwriting referral, it is routed to Takaful back office for detailed underwriting.
